Reporting to the Shopkeeper, the Kitchen Specialist provides excellent sales service and maximise kitchen furniture and accessories sales by using knowledge in the range, customers’ requirements, as well as the IKEA tools and experience and expertise of your colleagues.

Your assignment

• To offer informed solutions and services to customers by using range knowledge in assembly, kitchen installation, transport and finance to help customers make informed choices
• Able to explain and demonstrate the IKEA kitchen system and support customers by providing clear and structured guides through kitchen planning and buying process
• Help gather relevant information by seeking to understand customers' needs and support customers with accurate kitchen design and layout
• Maximize sales by knowing your top selling products and do sales steering and keeping yourself aware on stock availability
• Work with kitchen service provider closely to ensure IKEA kitchens are delivered and installed on time

• Develop supplier base by actively sourcing, identifying and evaluating new supplier sources and conduct negotiation process in assigned commodity to obtain the maximum benefit for the company
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package. Perform cost scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
• Work with existing and new vendor to lower materials cost through value engineering, reverse engineering, new design, alternative substitution, or relaxing of tolerance or standardizing of materials.
• Manage Supplier Manufacturing Service Agreement and Supplier Quality Management System (e.g. FAI Package, Supplier Quality Plan, Process, etc) to strive continuously improving quality standards
• Support bidding of new project through sourcing, RFQ, cost roll up and alternate source recommendation
• Ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Media Buying (Offline and/or Online)

• The day-to-day media buying for the agency
• Deliver excellent master contract pricing through negotiation and relationships with media owners, wherever applicable
• Develop understanding of client business and role of online in delivering objectives ways of working from planning to getting approval and billing process
• Deliver added value opportunities across clients wherever possible
• Book all campaigns according to the brief (with confirmed media) and ensure financials are correct.
• Monitor campaign delivery and reconcile any under deliveries.
• Assist with auditing process across specific client base.
• Follow through the closed job for invoicing process (incl. (proof of ads, supplier invoices, TV reporting, signed schedule)
• Constantly monitor performance and delivery of ad server and vendor reporting. 
• Monitor and report on clients’ expenditure update by campaign by media, if needed
• Keep track of clients’ media master contract fulfilments.
• Work closely with Planners to ensure all the media plans are as per latest MOCO template and make sure all elements are incorporated.

Billing Admin

Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Co-coordinating with media planning teams on billing instructions
• Processing billing instructions with finance/shared service teams
• Mapping vendor invoices against billing instructions
• Resolving billing discrepancies with relevant stakeholders e.g. media vendors, media, finance and shared service teams
• Billing status monitoring and reporting
• Media plan actualization and reconciliation on monthly basis. Support Planners to update the media plans based on actualized amount.
• Participate in finance WIP & Precision billing meetings to make sure Client's invoices get processed and meet billing timelines.
• Maintain co-ownership of WIP report with finance team, ensure that jobs are progressively reconciled and closed

Other billing requirements include,

• Support requirements for onboarding of new suppliers
• Ensure 100% billing completion before end of following month of activity
• Resolve/respond to client billing queries

As an e2i Senior/Principal Specialist, you will be part of the team to create an impact on the employment and employability of jobseekers and working people through the creation, development and delivery of integrated employment solutions via various outreach initiatives, and collaborations with partners to promote e2i’s career services to individuals. In this context, we are looking for Specialist II, Quality Operations for our new site based in Singapore.

Key Accountabilities

The mission described below, must be exercised in compliance with health, safety and environment of the site rules.

The Specialist II, Quality Operations will be responsible to partner with the GMP operations team to provide Quality oversight and advice for Quality on-the-floor and operations support to ensure the EVF Singapore GMP Quality operations meets Sanofi global Quality standard requirements and fulfil the applicable regulatory expectations. The Specialist II, Quality Operations shall be experienced in solving complex problems, and strong understanding of cGMP operations and well-versed in multiple Quality systems (including exception management, change controls, deviations/CAPAs and document management system).

The incumbent will partner closely with operational teams (e.g. manufacturing, facilities, Quality control and technical units) to ensure Quality, safety, reliability, efficiencies to support EVF Singapore GMP manufacturing operations.

During the Project Phase, the Specialist II, Quality Operations will participate in the following Engineering / Commissioning & Qualification activities:

Engineering / Commissioning & Qualification activities:

• Review and approval of engineering documents related to GMP operations.
• Support and provide inputs to Installation, Operational Qualification (IOQ) activities for equipment used in GMP operations.
• Review and approval of operational, as well as process related documents (e.g. work instructions, SOPs, batch records).
• Support the digital and automation infrastructure setup including Delta V recipe, MES workflows, other process equipment related systems, ERP module setup, etc.
• Ensure that Quality related operational procedures and infrastructures are successfully implemented in preparation for Engineering runs and PPQ runs at the EVF Singapore Site to support site operational readiness and success.

Provide GMP Quality support during PPQ runs:

• Responsible to provide direct solid Quality advice to GMP operational teams to ensure compliance, reliability and efficiencies.
• Responsible to provide direct QA oversight for all GMP operations (including on-the-floor Quality oversight, raw materials release, deviations, change controls and CAPAs) at EVF Singapore manufacturing facility.
• Represent Quality to triage, resolve on-the-floor operations issues, and participate in root cause investigations.
• Escalate significant Quality issues to Quality management in a timely manner.

Working hours –

• Personnel shall be able to work office hours (weekdays) in Sanofi Site Office to support collaborations and meetings with stakeholders leading up to Engineering runs.
• Personnel shall be able to work 12 hours rotating shift (including day/night, and weekends) on site to support PPQ runs and Engineering runs, as required.

During  Routine Operations, the Specialist II, Quality Operations shall:

• Be responsible to provide direct solid Quality advice to GMP operational teams to ensure compliance, reliability and efficiencies.

JOB PURPOSE

Job Requirement:

• NTC/ Diploma preferably in Mechanical/Precision engineering
• Min. 2 years of experience preferably in Oil & Gas/engineering
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP knowledge will be an added advantage

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $3500 + AWS + VB
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8am - 5:30pm); Saturday (8am - 12pm) - Once per month
• Location: Tampines East MRT

Job Scope:

• Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory management
• Communicate with management, and contractors on cost estimation
• Negotiate project terms to ensure comprehensive issue resolution
• Develop cost-reduction strategies to enhance overall project value
• Ensure all purchased items meet specifications and comply with standards
• Manage complete logistic processes including shipping documentation (primarily import; export when needed)
• Maintain close liaison with suppliers for delivery promptness and commitment
• Manage purchase requisitions, orders, delivery orders, and invoices
• Manage company vendors such as IT, maintenance/repair/operating contracts, etc
• Oversee various contracts including purchasing, certificates, renewal inspections, etc
• Address suppliers, vendors, and internal inquiries

Job Description:

• To manage and negotiate pricing, commercial terms with local and overseas suppliers and recommend the most competitive suppliers and subcon.
• Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations.
• Negotiate contracts, improved prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilising negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods.
• Review specifications and ensure materials ordered meet proper quality standard and comply to contract specifications.
• Manage and track Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order on the internal system to make sure the procurement projects are delivered on time.
• Maintain and update list of approved suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
• Keep relevant stakeholders informed on the latest progress/status of delivery within expected timelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:
