EDI Implementation:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement and maintain EDI solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and business requirements.
• As a LAPP EDI specialist and member of the Global HQ´s Digital Sales Team, you will implement EDI integration projects with our customers and LAPP subsidiaries worldwide to further expand the EDI sales channel successfully.
• Initiation, global coordination, and joint implementation with the SAP team regarding necessary SAP enhancements (IT demands, requirements, and dependencies) for an excellent internal and external EDI customer experience

System Integration:

• Work closely with IT teams to integrate EDI processes with existing systems and applications, fostering streamlined data exchange and minimizing errors
• You will support and optimize existing EDI connections in close coordination with customers and service providers, taking into account internal interfaces and processes.

Testing and Validation:

Conduct thorough testing of EDI processes to identify and resolve issues, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with standards. Perform validation checks to verify successful data transmission.

Issue Resolution:

• Investigate and troubleshoot EDI-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues promptly. Implement preventive measures to minimize future problems.
• You will analyze individual customer requirements and create concepts for tailor-made solutions in close coordination with our external EDI provider, our LAPP IT and the SAP S/4 HANA key users.
• Together with your HQ´s team members from the "Customer Success" and "Project Implementation" team, you will ensure the successful implementation of complex requirements.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for EDI processes, configurations, and workflows.
• Provide training and support to internal staff regarding EDI usage and best practices.

Communication:

• Foster effective communication with external partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth EDI transactions. Serve as a point of contact for EDI-related inquiries.

About the role:

The client’s Manufacturing Communications team is looking for a Site Communications Specialist to join their Singapore site within the Manufacturing Division. Key responsibilities include supporting and advising site colleagues/leaders in their communication efforts, enhancing content management and development, utilizing various communication channels, and implementing innovative solutions to engage both “wired” and “non-wired” manufacturing employees. Additionally, the specialist will assist with issues management communications and foster employee engagement across all levels and divisions within the facility.

The Site Communications Specialist will collaborate closely with the Site Communications Lead and work with colleagues across corporate and divisional communications, as well as functional leaders at the site. This position reports directly to the Site Communications Lead of the client’s Manufacturing Division in Singapore.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and implements communication plans, empowering leaders and stakeholders with the information and tools they need to inform and engage their teams.
• Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive work culture
• Establishes and creates written, verbal, and visual content that:

o Aids employees in understanding enterprise and divisional business goals, as well as site-specific priorities.

o Delivers appropriate messages with the right cadence, channels, and formats (including presentations, talking points, stories, video scripts, and intranet content).

o Tailors content to resonate with the diverse workforce in the manufacturing division, from shop floor colleagues to leaders and champions

• Ensures all materials and content align with the company's branding guidelines and corporate messaging.
• Assist in telling stories to highlight the culture and benefits of working at the organization with prospective and current team members.
• Work with a community of content and subject matter experts across the site to share best practice and identify emerging needs so as to provide editorial stewardship for internal communications and related activities to improved engagement for site colleagues.
• Assist with the creation and presentation of PowerPoint slide decks and other presentation materials for use in meetings and forums.
• Actively seeks feedback regarding communications from stakeholders, sharing insights with communications partners in both the manufacturing division to apply best practices and refine communications tactics.
• Will perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in internal employee communications.
• A creative problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in digital communication channels.
• Possesses passion, enthusiasm, and a growth mindset to drive results.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects successfully.
• A hands-on individual capable of guiding projects from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Assume all purchasing duties across the company inclusive of retail, food service and branded distribution items.
• Improve efficiency in management of inventory to reduce costs and increase productivity for the organization.
• Establish a mix of products to enable Q.B Food to grow and develop their food service and retail offering and become a competitive force in the market.
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors
• Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries.
• Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement
• Developing risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages
• Supervising a purchasing team and delegating tasks across departments when necessary
• Working closely with the company legal department to make sure contracts and terms are favorable

Requirements

• At least 8–10 years in procurement, ideally in FMCG or food sourcing (meat/dairy experience preferred).
• Import knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive cost savings initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in SAP will be an added advantage.

Job Description

• Conversant of purchasing exercise and familiar with associated contractual terms and conditions for Procurement Works
• Maintain procurement records and documentation.
• Communicate and work very closely with the project team for preparation of the invitation of the request for Proposal and administering of the purchase requisition and award consent with the project team.
• Collaborating with procurement team in day-to-day procurement operation.
• Collaborating with Project Leads in project budget monitoring.
• With experience in auditing and its procedures and compliances.
• With good oral and written command in English and with effective communication skills with all levels and he/she shall be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

Requirements

• At least 2 years working experience and with either a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, Construction Management.
• With good knowledge and experience in procurement role in the past covers purchasing and associated contractual administration works.
• Positive thinking and with supportive atmosphere amongst the procurement team
• Preferably with those with at least 1 years of experience in water and wastewater or waste to energy industries
• Preferably with those with good knowledge of mechanical works cover fabrication and piping works

The role of EHS Specialist / Senior EHS Specialist to cover our sites at Tuas view, Ave 20 lab, Ave 8 Warehouse, TCM Micron and TCM Siltronic.
Objective is to ensure all sites are meeting regulatory requirements and EHS programs are implemented across the sites.

Position Purpose:

The purpose of the position is to:

• Ensure that corrective actions are taken for all findings and observation, and incidents are investigated thoroughly to identify the root cause.
• Support arranging statutory medical examination and training requirement.
• Review risk assessment and facilitate internal ISO 45001, 14001 and SS651 audits.
• Lead the Company emergency team and facilitate necessary audit and training.

Major Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement EHS program and EHS Culture initiatives for facilities.
• Conduct audits and inspection to identify the potential hazards and ensure corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local EHS legislation and company internal requirements.
• Ensure EHS programs are align with corporate EHS policies, objectives & targets, ISO14001, ISO45001 and SS651 requirements.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to promote EHS best practices and lead the risk assessment for the facility.
• Lead the Certified Emergency Response Team (CERT) requirements in all the facilities (incl routine inspection, training, and audit)
• Lead in workplace incident investigation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure corrective and preventive actions are adequate.
• Support Industrial Hygiene and Environmental monitoring activities in the plants, labs and warehouses.
• Drive ‘green’ environmental initiatives, ergonomic projects, and continuous improvement projects in the facilities
• Identify training requirement and conduct/ arrange necessary training.

Performs other duties as assigned by Senior EHS Manager

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in related field (safety, environmental, chemical engineering, or equivalent).
• 3-5 years of experience, preferred experience in electronic, semiconductor, chemical, pharmaceutical industry, or similar manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Teams.
• Good knowledge of Singapore environmental, occupational safety and health regulations.

Candidates with more than 5+ years of experience may be considered for Senior EHS Specialist Position.

Support the business with all aspects of shipping and logistics. Ensure all customs clearance is in line with Claxton Engineering compliance procedures. Be responsible for the timely, cost-effective shipping of all equipment whilst adhering to standard operating procedures and policies and applicable law. With responsibility for all goods exported and imported by Claxton Engineering.

· Creation of despatch/collection notes for equipment movement.

· Creation of import/export commercial invoices, packing lists and clearance instructions.

· Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure efficient shipping of subsea equipment.

· Obtain export and import entries to complete logistical files required to satisfy audit requirements.

· Provide logistical knowledge to all parties on site and identify means of shipping equipment.

· Liaise with all Warehouse and Logistics colleagues to ensure the efficient and accurate control of imports and exports, confirming full compliance with company and legislative requirements.

· Liaise with colleagues and clients globally in relation to shipments and document control in international locations.

· Manage and resolve any logistics complexity for Australia and South-East Asia destination countries.

· Ability to compile import/export data related to Major Exporter Scheme (MES) for IRAS submission.

· Capable of freight procurement negotiation.

Strong knowledge in dangerous goods (DG) handling and carrier shipping documents.

First 3 months probation $2600, after confirmation $2700-$2800 depends performance
