The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing risk data, addressing queries, and providing staffing support. Key Responsibilities:

• Policy and Process Enhancement: Support the development and improvement of ICT risk management policies and processes across the government.
• Risk Data Management: Conduct quality checks and analyze data sets to derive actionable insights for management.
• Agency Support: Address queries and issues related to the ICT risk management platform and associated policies promptly.
• Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, managing inquiries, and documenting minutes and action items.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in ICT cybersecurity, data security, or governance, risk, and compliance management.
• Assessment Expertise: Prior experience in conducting ICT cybersecurity, data security, and project risk assessments is highly desirable.
• Data Skills: Proficient in data visualization and analytics, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-agency and functional teams.
• Detail Orientation: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

As the Events & Marketing Specialist, you oversee the comprehensive planning of the company’s events within the Asia-Pacific region. This role will be crucial in ensuring that all events, whether in-person or virtual, meet the organisation’s strategic objectives and enhance their brand presence. Key responsibilities include:

• End to end planning of both physical and/or virtual events For APAC.
• Management of event timelines, promotional plans and collaterals, as well launching of event promotion across marketing channels (such as website, email, social media etc.)
• Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, business units etc) to ensure proper planning of events, and adherence of processes and events to global branding and process guidelines
• Ensure timely submission of event requests from stakeholders to optimise promotions.
• Manage the final approval of all event marketing materials.
• Liaise with vendors and venues to ensure the smooth running of events
• Management of events through the use of event management softwares (e.g. On24, Cvent etc) including testing and registration among others.

• At least 3 years proven experience in a B2B Marketing and Events role, with strong event management experience and ideally with prior financial services experience
