Data Management and Administration:

5. Utilize project cost management software.

*Risk Management and Quality Control:

*Claims and Insurance:*

1. Provide documents required for insurance claims (bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).

2. Coordinate logistics companies to issue damage, loss, and accident report materials.

Requirements:

1. Engaged in procurement work in the construction industry.

2, familiar with Singapore suppliers, such as steel, cable, hardware, pipe fittings, and other construction industry-related suppliers.

3. Understand the licensing or certification required for the import of special materials. For example, imported steel requires FPC certification

Key Responsibilities

• Report to Operations Manager.
• Obtain quotations and purchase raw materials, components, and assign secondary processes to subcontractors.
• Update approved machining subcontractor quotations in the system.
• Issue and manage Work Orders and Purchase Orders.
• Source materials, components, and plating for cost reduction.
• Perform evaluations for company purchases and assist with assigned duties.
• Collaborate with the group sourcing team on procurement evaluations.
• Develop and manage the Supply Chain Management plan.
