Close to Market Activities (CTMA)
· Plan & schedule service activities to support distributors activities
· Develop planning strategies for service activities & implement PDCA cycle for improvements
· Collection of market data and information through regular market visits
· Analyze market feedback and share report to both local office and headquarters
Product Quality
· Investigate and analyze product quality issues in market and feedback to headquaters
· Educate and guide distributors to submit Technical Market Information
· Coordinate factory campaign
· Coordinate & support sample part collection from market
· Respond to distributors’ queries for product quality issues
Technical Academy
· Accelerate the expansion of YTA activities
· Support distributors in E-Learning using Learning Management System
· Support distributors in their local YTA training
· Conduct YTA education for distributors and local internal staff
· New model launch and introduction support while on special training for such prospective
Warranty, product registration & BPS Scan
· Manage & monitor distributors warranty and product registration
· Achieve headquarter set targets for warranty and product registration and BPS scan
· Prepare monthly data for warranty & product registration
Budget Management
· Prepare annual budget
· Monitor & manage budget for Service Group
Others
· Prepare monthly report to Company Management
· Prepare and attend Monthly Managers Meeting (MMM)
· Any other duties as assigned by the Company
