What you'll do:
As a Client Service Specialist in the Private Wealth sector, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for liaising with various business units, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, resolving client queries promptly, and understanding the overall relationship between the client and the bank. Your operational responsibilities will include trade booking, settlement, resolving funding issues, following up on margin calls, and handling transactional documentation. You will also ensure full awareness of and adherence to internal policies and procedures. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks such as travel bookings, expense claims, and mailing of marketing materials.
- Liaising with various Business Units to ensure client documentation is in compliance with policies and procedures
- Ensure all client queries are promptly followed up and resolved
- Client order taking
- Understanding client’s overall relationship with the bank
- Trade booking and settlement
- Settlement and funding issues resolution
- Margin calls follow-up and collateral issues resolution
- Transactional documentation (e.g., client suitability and eligibility)
- Ensure full awareness of and adherence to internal policies and procedures
- Ensure administrative tasks are completed, such as travel / hotel bookings, expense claims, mailing of marketing materials.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Client Service Specialist role is fluent in English with proficiency in verbal and written Mandarin due to business needs. You should be a Diploma Holder or University graduate with at least 2-3 years of relevant financial services experience. A strong knowledge of Private Banking investment products such as FX, Equities, Fixed Income, and derivatives is essential. You should be detailed, meticulous, able to multi-task and work under pressure. Willingness to work outside of normal work hours is required. A proactive and collaborative team player with a keen interest in the private banking industry would thrive in this role.
- Fluent in English and proficiency in verbal and written Mandarin (due to business needs)
- Diploma Holders/University graduate with minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant financial services experience, preferably in relation to frontline client service
- Possesses CACS Paper 1 & 2
- Strong knowledge in Private Banking investment products. Eg, FX, Equities, Fixed Income, derivatives.
- Detailed and meticulous

- Works efficiently in fast-paced environment
- Willing to work outside of normal work hours as required
