Summary:

The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the platform layer that centralizes and abstracts infrastructure challenges away from application teams. The role focuses on providing powerful and safe tools to develop and deploy Generative AI (GenAI) use cases in a secure and consistent manner.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with developers and business users to ensure the platform delivers a good Developer Experience (DX) while meeting the AI needs of the users.

· Build and enhance platform capabilities to support scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications.

· Contribute to frontend and backend development with a focus on quality and maintainability.

· Design and develop SDKs and tools to simplify platform integration.

Mandatory Skills:

· Frontend: ReactJS (preferred) or equivalent frameworks.

As a Service Engineer, you have to attend to equipment fault at customers’ premises. Liaise with the customer and sub-contractors regarding all aspect on the add-on project activities. Monitor the progress of the work done closely in order to ensure that the schedule and quality of work are met. Also to ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time as per schedule for site installation or rectification of fault. To carry out periodic maintenance for our customers.

You should possess a Diploma in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years’ hands-on experience in troubleshooting of card access systems, alarm systems, CCTV, etc. With good interpersonal communication skills and a valid Class 3 license. Stand-by duty is required.

As a Senior Project Engineer, your main responsibility is to lead, supervise, execute and coordinate project activities together with a group of Engineers, Technicians and sub-contractors leading to successful project completion.
