Job Responsibilities:

· Ensure that adequate equipment and facilities are provided for verification of product quality.

Job Description:-

1. Responsible for all aspects of drafting electrical and structural drawing of switchboard & control panels for marine and industrial use, incorporating the company's key circuit breaker products.

2. Based on abundant practical experience and extensive knowledge on circuit breakers, produce high class switchboard and control panels drawing according to company’s standard.

3. Manage and lead the project for timely and accurate production of software engineering, electrical drawing and structural drawing.

4. Based on software management skill and rich experience of programming language and software development tools, construct software for control system.

5. By communicating closely with the clients both in Singapore and Japan, responsible for accurately understanding their needs and make sure that the products delivered are perfectly designed to meet their demand.

6. During the periodic inspection of products after delivery, responsible for supervising the on-site inspection to ensure that it is carried out correctly.

7. Take the lead of investigation to solve the issue rapidly in case of any software or system issues, by closely liaising with HQ in Japan.

8. Based on the extensive knowledge of switchboard, circuit breakers and software for railway, marine, cogeneration system, power plant and biomass plant projects, liaise closely with engineers’ team in Japan HQ and clients in Singapore to ensure solutions.

Job Requirement:-

1. More than ten (10) years of experience as software and electrical design engineer in electric power system industry.

2. More than ten (10) years of experience in drawing electrical circuit and outline drawing of switchboard using AUTOCAD.

3. More than five (5) years of experience in using software programming tools for power management system in industrial cogeneration system, specifically with PLC (Omron, Fuji, Mitsubishi, Schneider product etc.).

4. More than five (5) years of experience in communicating with clients as software and/or electrical design engineer, explaining technical details to clients in an easy-to-understand manner.

5. Understand “TERASAKI” products that include circuit breaker, marine and industrial switchboard.

A brief summary of your job responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining the hybrid cloud infrastructure, such as virtual machines, storage, load balancer, firewall and network virtual appliance components. Integrating cloud-based systems with on-premises systems and ensuring seamless data transfer between the two environments.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining the Event-Driven messaging infrastructure. Providing technical guidance and governance on application integration and security compliance.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining Kubernetes infrastructure with service mesh. Automate the maintenance and application deployment in Kubernetes cluster.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities on regular basis.

SUMMARY

The SIEM Infrastructure Engineer reports to our SIEM Infrastructure Engineering Manager and handles production support and onboarding for our Elastic SIEM global customer instances. We are hiring customer-facing entry and mid-level individuals for this team who will be able to organize and drive multiple customer implementations and maintenance scenarios at once.  This is a position for a tech-savvy individual so we expect the majority of the work to be done remotely with customer interaction mainly being telephonic, email or video and occasional customer site visits.

• Our SIEM Infrastructure Engineers are security problem solvers!  They look at the SIEM Infrastructure and think “problem,” first, “tool set” second.  We are tasked today with utilizing the Elastic SIEM to enhance our customers’ security, but we see other products on the horizon.  We seek a security minded professional who is creative with their problem-solving skills, adaptable with their tool sets, but also proficient today in the Elastic SIEM product.
