You will be a member of the Group Information Security Team responsible for responding to threats and incidents to the corporate networks, systems (on-prem and cloud), and digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

•Perform security monitoring and incident response activities across the scoot networks, leveraging a variety of tools and techniques.

•Manage Security Operations center.

•Detect incidents through proactive “hunting” across security-relevant data sets.

•Ability to correlate multiple events from different devices to identify abnormal behaviour

•Document incident response analysis activities thoroughly

•Develop new, repeatable methods for finding malicious activities

•Provide recommendations to enhance detection and protection capabilities.

•Effectively present technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences

•Develop and follow detailed operational processes and procedures to appropriately analyze, escalate, and assist in the remediation of information security incidents

•Prioritize multiple high-priority tasks and formulate responses/recommendations in a fast-paced environment

•Prepare documentation for security technical standards, standard operational procedures, and hardening standards.

•Analyse endpoint, network, and application logs

•Assist other IT teams in security-related issues

•Engage with vendors and parent company SIA team members for security reviews.

Requirements:

•Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent qualification.

•At least 5-6 years of experience in Cybersecurity Incident and Security Operations.

•Demonstrate experience in Information Security with a focus on Cyber Security Operations, Incident Response and Detection.

•Experience working in the Security Operations Centre and/or Computer Incident Response Team.

•Excellent problem-solving skills combined with hands-on experience doing root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.

•Solid knowledge of computer networks and common protocols

•Knowledge of prominent cyber threat actors and APT groups.

•Experience with Threat Intelligence Platforms.

•Experience with SIEM (especially Splunk).

•Professional security related qualifications (i.e. GCIA, CISSP etc) will be an advantage

•Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISMS, TOGAF, SABS

•Good interpersonal skills

What will you do?

1. Product Development:

• Project manage and oversee the end-to-end hardware product development lifecycle, from concept to production.

As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Dynatrace’s largest, most complex, and most valuable customers. The Core Custody Product team focuses on developing custody products for the Custody business lines, bother Hub and Domestic. Citi provides settlement, custody and asset servicing solutions to investor clients through a global network of sub custodians. The domestic business provides clearing, settlement, custody & asset servicing to global financial institutions through a proprietary branch network spanning Asia, EMEA and the Americas.

The Core Custody Product team are seeking a strong Product Development leader in the APAC region who can work within the asset servicing team ensuring it meets its goals of supporting both custody businesses by focusing on the development of Asset Servicing capabilities globally.

The Product Sales Specialist is a regional sales role that is part of the global Cash & Inside Sales team. The role deals with complex cash management requirements for the most demanding and sophisticated multi-national clients operating across Asia Pacific and Japan. This role is expected to develop and grow client relationships by understanding client needs and delivering solutions across the full range of cash management products and services that Citi can offer and will be a combination of event driven sales e.g. responding to large scale and/or complex regional tenders in the form of RFIs (Request for information), RFPs (Request for Proposals) and proactive sales e.g. targeted proactive engagement for key select acquisition names or defensive names for the firm. • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in automation testing scripting for web-portals and mobile applications.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum projects.
• Experience in developing automation testing scripts i.e. mobile (Appium) and web (Selenium).
• Proficient in programming languages including Java and TypeScript.
• Experienced with test automation tools and frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, TestNG, Playwright and Rest Assured.
• Skilled in using performance testing tools such as Gatling.
• Knowledge of Secure Hybrid Integration Pipeline (SHIP) and Hive Agile Testing Solutions (HATS) will be advantageous.
• Knowledge in software version control systems, code review workflows and CICD will be advantageous.
• Certifications such as Certified Software Testing Professional, Certified Software Quality Analyst and/or CREST certification will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Linux and Windows server environments, including installation, configuration, and patch management.
• Design, deploy, and maintain virtualized infrastructure using VMWare (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi).
• Plan, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring compliance with security and performance standards.
• Develop and implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans for on-premise and cloud environments.
• Monitor system performance, ensure high availability, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues across all platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) administration.
• Hands-on experience with VMWare virtualization (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
• Strong experience in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP, including deployment, management, and security.
• Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools.
• Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, load balancers) and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
