3. Strong Data Analysis Skills Deep understanding of metrics related to user segmentation, retention, and activity management, with expertise in relevant analysis methodologies.
   
4. Excellent Communication and Coordination Skills Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate across departments, facilitating collaboration to drive product improvements.
