• Identify new business opportunities and coordinate their Go-To-Market working closely with sales

• Review and challenge sales targets on product line as part of the budget reviews

• Review and challenge cost, lead time and quality targets quarterly with site production manager, operations and planning teams.

• Be involved in the relationship management with strategic customers/partners

• Approve specific pricing decision as part of the pricing escalation process

Job Requirement

• Business/marketing related experience gained from electronics/technology/connector related industry

• Passionate with technology

• Able to communicate in Mandarin for liaise with Mandarin speaking people

• Strategic, analytical, international mindset
