Responsibilities:
· To assist and report to Audio & Comms Manager to ensure smooth running of daily engineering operations.
· Conferring with producers, talents, and others to determine and achieve the desired sound for a production and flexible to support after office hours or weekend if required during
· Setting up, testing and adjusting recording equipment for recording sessions and live production; de-rig equipment after event completion.
· To be able to troubleshoot electronic equipment to a system level.
· Operate and maintain Audio & Communication equipment. Assisting or reporting of Audio / Comms equipment problems and ensure the equipment is repaired on time for next production.
· Operation of Audio mixers for recording / live production.
· To be able to direct, instruct and manage assistant engineers and possible system integrators on projects.
· To be able to draft technical reports.
· To be able to read technical (Auto CAD) engineering drawings
Qualifications:

· Organization skills: ability to plan in advance with attention to details, ability to prioritize tasks when dealing with multiple deadlines, ability to remain calm and focused a dynamic environment, ability to be productive during periods of high work load and enable smooth project delivery
· Teamwork: ability to create and maintain positive working relationship and work well with other team members, and help to improve the team environment
· Communication: Listens well and is open to honest feedback, and able to communicate clearly and effectively
· Willingness to travel
· Qualification (degree or diploma) and aptitude relevant to Broadcast engineering (specializing in Broadcast Engineering/Audio Engineering/Information technolgy or any other related area).
· Understanding of Outside Broadcast systems and environment
· Knowledge and experience of operating and troubleshooting a range of OB equipment in sound, communication, IP, and etc.
· Minimum 3-year work experience in Outside Broadcast Environment
· Experience with large scale events is a necessary
· Flexible to support After Office Hours or weekend if required
