Role

• Install, configure, and administer VMware ESX/ESXi servers (5.x, 6.x, and 7.x).

• Manage and maintain vCenter Servers (4.x, 5.x, 6.x, and 7.x).

• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot VMware vSAN 6.7 and newer versions.

• Perform capacity planning, resource allocation, and optimization for VMware environments.

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems (2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2, 2016, and 2019).

• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core Windows Server functionalities.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in physical and virtualized Windows environments.

• Plan and execute patching, updates, and upgrades for Windows Servers.

• Implement best practices for data backup, restoration, and disaster recovery planning in virtualized environments.

• Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance with corporate security policies.

• Maintain documentation for infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures.

• Assist with IT infrastructure projects and provide technical support for escalated issues.

• Monitor system health and ensure high availability of all services.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience in VMware and Windows Server administration.

• Proficiency in VMware tools, including vSphere Client and VMware vSAN.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server installation, configuration, and administration.

• Experience with virtual network configuration and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with storage technologies and SAN/NAS integration.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Certification in VMware (e.g., VCP-DCV) or Windows Server (e.g., MCSA, MCSE).

• Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).

• Exposure to hybrid cloud environments and integrations with VMware on AWS/Azure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance and daily operations of the DC facilities with the objective of achieving uninterrupted availability at all times and to ensure the fulfillment of our service commitment to customers.
• Support service delivery to ensure contracted service level agreements and key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
• Perform routine facilities activities including inventory control. Critical systems checks and functional testing. Able to respond and take action in response to facilities crisis management activities including: power outages, fire alarms, HVAC outages. Analyze data and identify trends with facility issues to determine root cause and take appropriate action.
• Respond to BMS/EMS alerts, investigate and feedback on any outstanding issues or events and respond to emergency situations and be on standby duty as required.
• Provide technical support to all aspects of data center operations including the operation, maintenance and repair of all mission critical equipment and systems supporting a 24x7 data center operation to achieve 100% uptime and 100% compliance with all customer SLAs.
• Assist in all site construction activities and installations, in coordination with external contractors to ensure system design, installation and testing adhere to operational standards. Witness testing of all equipment during commissioning and validate sequence of operations and receipt of all operational documentation.
• Support for customer installations, in coordination with the design & construction as well as operations requirements to coordinate customer move-in and turn-on, and other service request & deliveries.
• Maintain compliance with local workplace safety & health (WHS) standards and local electrical and building codes.
• Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOP), method of procedures (MOP), and emergency response procedures (ERP) established for the critical environments, as well as the formal change control process.
• Participate in the scheduling, coordination and completion all significant planned and emergency maintenance events for the facility and ensure these activities are executed in a controlled and proven method to ensure the reliability of the critical loads supported by these systems.
• Support various accreditation, certification and compliance initiatives such as BCA-IDA Green Mark DC/QMS/ISMS/BCMS/PCIDSS/OSPAR, etc as may be required.

• Preferably with minimum 1 year experience in Data Center Facilities Management & Operations environment and service delivery.
• ITE/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification
• 24x7 rotating shift duty
• Able to comprehend, analyse and interpret complex project documents, including AutoCAD, Visio and PDF documents
• General technical and functional knowledge of data center infrastructure to include electrical and mechanical systems, fire detection and protection systems, building management systems, equipment maintenance, space planning, construction of critical facilities environment

Position Summary:

Mainly supporting security aspect like firewall checkpoint, security appliances - configuration, troubleshooting, capacity planning. Supporting current operation and deployment of resiliency project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Directly reporting to Security Senior Manager
• Assist Architect team on new infrastructure design, implementation, and management of network solutions that form the core infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration across different platforms. This includes procurement of necessary equipment.
• To provide comprehensive product knowledge on the data technology required to deliver, support the networks infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the team to identify network and system needs, monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot, and resolve network-related issues, and implement improvements.
• Deliver project management for network activities encompassing upgrades, deployments, and migrations. Provide technical guidance and user support as required.

Qualification/ Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor in Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Must equipped with CCNP or CCIE
• Network Infrastructure & Hardware: 5+ years experience managing large enterprise network with a strong focus on F5, Palo Alto, Cisco, and CheckPoint Technology.
• Network Devices: In-depth knowledge and proficiency with switches, firewalls, load balancers, routers, and ISE.
• Network Design & Troubleshooting: Expertise in designing, monitoring, and network & incident management (LAN, WAN, VPN).
• Experience with automation tools: Ansible, Python
• Experience with Deployment and automation, advantage to have experience building data center

Requirements

• Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing and on a leadership capacity, with focus on Advance Packaging technologies and High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) integration, in yield enhancement
• Experience in PWF (Post Wafer Fabrication), Backend engineering process, assembly package technology development and technical knowledge with die and wafer level process technology with understanding of Micron’s silicon and how it interacts at a package level through CPI (Chip Package Interaction), in yield enhancement
• Strong leadership and vision and must be able to comfortably work across organizational boundaries and geographies.
