Role – M365 Engineer

Mandatory Skills - M365 Certified , Hands on experience in Quest tool , Exchange online , Mailbox , Windows 10 / 11 , Intune .

We are seeking a skilled and experienced M365 Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, configuring, managing, and operating our M365 tenant and workloads. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services.

Key Responsibilities :

Setup and Configuration:

Deploy and configure M365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, Windows 10/11 Deployment and Intune.

Implement security and compliance policies to ensure data classification and compliance.

Conduct Proof of Concept (POC), new product evaluations and fitment.

Configure and manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions.

Management and Operation:

Monitor and maintain the health and performance of M365 services.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services and applications.

Perform regular updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.

Collaboration and Support:

Work closely with other IT teams to integrate M365 services with existing systems and applications.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.

Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users effectively utilize M365 services.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay up to date with the latest M365 features, updates, and best practices.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Participate in the planning and lead execution of M365-related projects and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or other relevant certifications.

Proven experience in setting up, configuring, managing, and operating M365 tenant and workloads.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, Windows 10/11 Deployment and Intune.

Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.

Experience with hybrid M365 environments and integration with on-premises systems.

Familiarity with security and compliance features in M365, such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and related identity management solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prepare weekend activity and duty roster update for LTA/QPS
• Prepare Manpower record
• Monthly disposal forecast update for LTA
• RC contractor daily attendance sheet and report to LTA
• Recording attendance sheets of daily coordination meetings (Daily)
• Monthly staging ground coordinating meeting
• Secant Bore Pile & King Post Inspection

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil/Structural /Environmental Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineer Board, Singapore
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the construction industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders.
