This role overseeing and handle company's facilities maintenance

and administrative duties

1. 5. Conduct bi-weekly night inspection to ensure the functionality of all the building signage and building security lighting.

6. Administrative duties such as preparation, verification & processing of Purchase Requisition/ Purchase Order and Invoices etc.

8. Prepare annual building maintenance expenditure and budgetary reports.
