We are seeking a Senior CRM Executive who demonstrates a deep understanding of the company's product, be able to identify consumer touch-points and propose actionable items to meet customers' needs. The ideal candidate should possess strong research and communication skills, be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

As a Senior CRM Executive, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product & Engineering, Marketing, Partnership) for effective GTM strategies
• Participate in CRM planning and executing CRM & campaign programs
• Drive platform retention, loyalty, engagement and usage metrics (e.g. CTOR)
• Manage user segmentation, communication delivery (emails, push notifications, etc) and performance evaluation
• Conduct comprehensive experiment throughout the customer lifecycle to identify successful strategies for funnel conversion and customer engagement
• Coordinate analysis of industry trends to meet business objectives
• Create hypotheses, run A/B tests or other experimentations and apply basic statistics to improve campaign performance
• Spike the CRM applications to better plan and implement the campaign

You will be a great match if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM or BA roles
• Proficient in delivering campaigns and managing automation with rigorous A/B testing (or other different experimentations before)
• Sensitive to numbers, logical thinking and analytical skills
• Proven track record of using data and analytics tools to increase performance and enhance customer experience
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Experience in SQL or HTML is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Braze) is a plus
• Familiarity with Design software (e.g. Figma) is a plus
• Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, responsibility and commitment
• Self-directed learner with a motivated attitude
• Quick to adapt to ever-changing and volatile market conditions
• Interest in and familiarity with financial news preferred
• Strong ownership of grey areas

Your role:

• Oversee the services provided by the Application Delivery team
• Lead the development of the Proof-of-Concept, solutions
• Provide technical expertise on the development of application software, ensuring the appropriate security & risk factors are considered
• Lead Business Analysts and Developers to design and develop software components and to integrate 3rd party software components
• Collaborate closely with the Service & Product Managers, Architects, Project Managers, and Business units
• Oversee the third level support to investigate and fix production problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to work towards global IT solutions
• Manage the relation with our near- and offshore delivery teams
• Take pride in the quality of delivered software products and services (this is what drives you)

Your team:

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services, fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the Client Document & Records Management Stream in one of our focused on a product pod in Singapore aligned to eCOMMS & Transaction Archiving & Records Migration Crew

Your expertise:

• 5 years+ experience in IT engineering and application development
• Know-how of agile development practices (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.)
• Experience in integrating 3rd party software into an enterprise environment
• Working experience on enterprise e-comms archiving, compliance, e-discovery solutions such as ZL Tech, Shield
• Experience in managing globally spread resources and knowing about possibly related cultural aspects
• Rational and analytical approach to problem solving, issue investigation and resolution
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and the desire to work as part of a global team
