1. Assist in accounts payable mainly review vendor invoices and GRNs in Tenderboard and prepare payment to subcon and vendors

2. Check and match subcon invoices to Payment Cert

3. Check and reconcile supplier statements

4. Ensure inter-co transactions are properly recorded and perform reconciliation

5. Update daily cashbook and perform bank reconciliation

6. Assist to key in Journal Entries to Netsuite

7. Issue AR invoices and record receipts

8. Update schedules (prepayments, retention sums etc) for Management Report

The Opportunity

The Client Advice and Management Director reports into Initiative President, APAC and is responsible for overseeing and leading the day-to-day performance media campaigns of the dedicated client team.

• Take a leadership role in a team of approx. 20 FTEs, servicing AWS across Initiative and Kinesso (our digital activation sister agency)
• Leading the senior client relationship and agency relationship for paid performance media including making recommendations to improve client results and solve challenges
• Contributing to the performance product roadmap, to remain at the forefront of digital, product and technology innovation
• Identifying and owning initiatives to develop the performance offering ​for AWS
• Providing strong leadership across of a team of highly skilled performance experts including developing plans to grow professional development

Ideally

• From a Media Agency background, and experience leading a complex, global client, working within a strategic digital team
• Strong understanding of B2B media, performance marketing and analytics
• Great communication skills, with ability to manage and positively influence stakeholders at all levels and nurture relationships both internally and externally.
• Extensive understanding of the digital landscape; keeping up to date with new trends and technology

What the role is

The Waste Infrastructure Management Department (WIMD) under the Waste Infrastructure Operations & Management Division (WIOMD) oversees the availability of national waste disposal and incineration capacity, manages private waste facilities, waste disposal accounts and revenue collection by the Waste-to-Energy (WTE) plants and Tuas Marine Transfer Station.

What you will be working on

You will work in the Waste Accounts Management Branch (WAMB) under WIMD which monitors the operation of the PPP WTE plants’ weighbridges, verifies the quantity of waste received and manages issues relating to weighbridges. WAMB also manages the security deposit of waste disposal account holders, as well as the billing and collection of refuse disposal fees. You will be responsible for the following:

• Monitor the operation of the PPP WTE plants’ weighbridges including but not limited to the following:
• Verification of the quantity of waste received
• Monitor performance of weighbridges including records in Refuse Disposal Management System and Waste & Resource Management System
• Evaluate reports and make recommendations for improvements
• Verify monthly service payments to PPP WTE plants
• Transform the current processes in revenue collection and management of the refuse disposal accounts
• Transform the current processes in monitoring and timely collection of refuse disposal fees
