Reporting to Asset Management Department, you shall maintain an efficient day to day operation of administrative duties on all matters relating to the Asset Management division.

Job Description:

• Responsible for maximising total return for the portfolio of properties assigned, including working with the property management & leasing department to improve occupancy, revenue (rental and other income) and reduce costs.
• Tenant & lease management of assigned portfolio of properties.
• Responsible for the timely preparation of management reports and board papers.
• Coordinate the bi-annual valuation execrises.

EDUCATION

JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Senior Manager, Project Management, you will support the delivery of large Data Centre Projects from their inception to completion, or, depending on your experience, lead our small to medium scale projects. Key Responsibilities

Post-sales design documentation, implementation and migration of advanced complex solutions
