Roles and Responsibilities

1. Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, including data entry and verification.

2. Order Management: Manage order status, track inventory, and coordinate with logistics teams.

3. Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide order updates.

4. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist with stock management.

5. Returns and Refunds: Process returns, issue refunds, and resolve customer complaints.

Qualification Requirements

• GCE N Level

• PC literate

Location: Resort World Sentosa

Shift Timings & Rates:

- Day Shifts ($12/hr Weekdays and $13/hr Weekends)

8am - 6pm / 12.30pm - 10.30pm / 3.30pm - 1.30am

- Night Shifts ($13/hr Weekdays and $14/hr Weekends)

5.30pm - 3.30am

1 Hour Unpaid break (Food Provided)

Job description:

- Serving food and beverages to guests at both tables and the bar counter

- Assisting in manning the drink station for beverage service

- Conveying a trolley loaded with beverages and snacks for service

- Undertaking additional assigned tasks as needed

Requirements:

- 21 and above (Due to gaming control act)

- Food hygiene level 1 certificate (preferred)

- Commitment period of 2-3 months

- Attire: Full black formal pants, full black formal shoe/flats (Top provided)
