We are looking for a Sales & Product Marketing Lead based in Singapore, to work alongside senior management in development and operation of the end-to-end sales pipeline for the HugoHub BaaS platform.  The role is to establish an initial framework, develop existing and new pipeline and manage sales cycles.  The role will also own the RFP/ RFQ response template and manage the qualification/ win criteria, as well as manage any responses to chosen bids. What the day will look like

• Responsible for the preparation and analysis of Treaty data & underwriting information for the production of contractual documents- including but not limited to slips, cover notes, wordings, endorsements, addendum, presentations; signing of contractual documents.
• Preparation and technical analysis of statistics and other underwriting information supporting the negotiation and placement of Treaty business by the broking team.
• Preparation of summary term sheets, Treaty programme structure charts
• Maintenance of placement correspondence/ documents
• To ensure accurate and timely data input in the data system (GRiDS) as well as ensuring compliance with relevant Company and Market Rules and Procedures.
• Updating on progress of the placement using the appropriate trackers
• Other incidental duties related to the negotiation and placement of Treaty reinsurance contracts.
• Ensure the optimum use of Aon’s business systems in line with current Aon business practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues throughout the Asia Pacific and Global network to achieve objectives
• Support brokers in their follow-up communications with clients and reinsurers
• Maintain and share technical expertise in specialist/ technical areas

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• 2+ years of relevant experience (broking or underwriting support), preferably with exposure to Treaty Reinsurance, or relevant technical accounting experience
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint. Familiarity with WordSensa will be an added advantage.
• Confident communiction skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail, able to organise and analyse large volume of data
• Able to work independently within established guidelines

Job Function Summary

This role will provide senior Compliance coverage to the Fixed Income & Commodities Business and Infrastructure groups in Asia, operating in close partnership with the existing Compliance teams globally as well as the Global FIC Business Management team, and the various FIC Portfolio Managers.

Principal Responsibilities

• Provide on desk Compliance coverage for all Asia based Portfolio Manager Teams.
• Keep local Senior Management constantly appraised of the overall compliance landscape and exposures within the commodities business
• Provide Compliance coverage for relevant regulatory examinations, internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, and internal and external audits and inspections
• Lead FIC Compliance coverage in the region for the review of new markets and products.
• Track relevant regulatory developments
• Participate in working groups and projects as needed
• Provide support reviewing disclosures and personal trading pre-approval requests
• Provide support with regulatory reporting as required
• Periodic regional travel required

Qualifications/Skills Required

• Law degree and legal background is preferred but not essential
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income and/or Commodities
• Strong knowledge and experience of Compliance monitoring and surveillance
• Strong regulatory background in Asian markets
• Comprehensive understanding of and experience working with the rules and regulations and compliance processes and systems
• Quick learner, Detail oriented; Demonstrable thoroughness and strong ownership of work.
• Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others.
• Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment; High sense of urgency
