Join us as Senior Manager, Finance at AIA Investment Management!

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this position is accountable for the provision of financial & regulatory reporting of AIAIM in accordance to the applicable accounting policies, standards and guidelines. 1) Finance Governance and Control

What will you do as a AVP, Identity and Access Management?

The IGA Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing the identity lifecycle, access governance, and compliance aspects of our identity and access management (IAM) program. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure that access controls are effectively implemented and maintained, aligning with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Identity Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete identity lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely user account provisioning, updates, and de-provisioning for all employees, contractors, and third-party users.
• Access Governance: Develop and maintain access policies, conduct regular reviews and audits for compliance, and promptly address access control issues.
• Role Lifecycle Management:Design and implement RBAC models, define and maintain roles based on job functions, and regularly update them to reflect organizational changes

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in other related field of study
• Minimum 5 years of Cyber Security experience with at least 3 years in Identity and Access Management
• CISSP, CIAM or similar professional certifications will be advantageous
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, RBAC, access governance and “Least Privileged” access management methodology
• Experience with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Azure AD, RSA)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to IAM (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX)

Compliance Officer

Responsible for all aspects of compliance matters, related activities and projects. This will include the front, middle and back office processes, investment parameters and policies, marketing material reviews, the implementation of a compliance monitoring program and the provision of guidance and ad hoc advice to business units.
