1) Shall ensure the daily operations of various sites assigned and liaise with clients on the requirements

2) Arrange for daily staff deployments to various sites and ensure company does not incur any liquidated damages on the projects

3) Rostering of monthly schedules

4) Coordinate with site in charge on backlog if any

5) Rectify on site issues with workers or clients upon receiving feedback

6) Reporting of daily attendance to head office and to submit and ensure timesheets are all in proper orders

7) Prepare monthly financial reports for various operations projects

8) Arrange for coverage in case of absence of staff and able to hands on in event of no coverage

9) Candidate must be independent and proactive to provide suggestions and solve problems with initiative

Job Summary:

Join the HSE, Technical Coordination Section as a Facilities Management Support Specialist. You will play a key role in supporting our manufacturing operations by managing daily facilities activities and providing crucial administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operation activities in facilities management, including building maintenance/repairs, common area upkeep, office maintenance, furniture/equipment management, pantry supplies, office stationery, company buses, canteen services, company vehicles, and pest control.
• Coordinate closely with Complex Companies General Admin (GA) and service providers to ensure safe and smooth business operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a GCE ‘O’ level/NITEC, with at least 2 years of working experience in facilities management or the manufacturing industry preferred.
