• Oversee quality control, safety, and EHS practices on-site, identifying high-risk activities before construction and approving Method Statements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
• At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in LTA, roadworks, MRT, and viaduct projects.

• Handling of the fleet requisitions, sourcing and making necessary arrangement for delivery to the vessels
• Monitoring and controlling of the vessels consumables to prevent unnecessary wastage
• To keep track of the cargo hoses registry, lifting gears registry and PPE of all shipboard personnel
• Monitoring of the vessels LSA and FFA
• Appointed as safety committee member to carry out tool-box meetings for all the vessels
• To arrange and co-ordinate between crew and clinic for medical appointment or consultation and monitoring of the vessels' medical supplies as per statutory requirements
• Preparation of crew employment contract
• Application of flag state endorsement, Harbour craft licence renewal, etc, via MPA and Digiport, ensuring compliance with regulations of all relevant authorities and the certification of all vessels is maintained in accordance with the relevant Class and flag State requirements
• To maintain the personnel files for all crew members and ensure member files are comprehensive with current documentation of crew credentials that being updated accordingly in a timely manner
• To assist in planning and oversees the assignment of the officers and ratings for the fleet, crew change rotations, ensuring that rotations are executed in a timely basis, the vessels are properly manned and updated as per MPA requirements via Digiport
• Sourcing, recruitment and carry out initial interview of the ship crews
• Providing induction training / orientation to all newly join ship crew
• Providing general support to the ship staffs and making schedule visits to vessels for crewing matters
• Any other fleet management related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

1. Some relevant working experience in similar capacity
2. A team player and ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision
3. Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia and posses of Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage
4. Must be contactable 24/7 and be available to board the vessels as and when require
5. Proficient with computer software
6. Strong sense of integrity, professionalism and good communication skills

• Master in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 8 years of relevant working experience/ PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3 years working experience.
• Extensive understanding of UVM/OVM, Semiformal Verification, assertion-based verification, and hardware-software co-verification methodology.
• Skilled in Verilog, SystemVerilog, Python, Perl, TCL, Shell scripting, C/C++, SystemC, and assembly coding for industry-standard ISAs.
• Familiar with MIPI, AMBA (APB/AHB/AXI) bus protocols, RISC-V/ARM, or DSP cores.
• Experience in verifying designs at RTL and post-P&R gate levels.
