The Opportunity

The Job

. Participate in the testing and implementation of system-related initiatives and enhancements.
. Manage and address first-line customers issues, complaints and inquiries within the stipulated service level agreement (SLA) timelines

. Collaborate closely with operations team on manual processing and adjustments of transactions.
. Initiate process and customer journey improvements for Unsecured Loan products .
. Propose and execute campaigns for unsecured loans products and services.
. Draft marketing content, terms & conditions and messaging related to Unsecured Loan products
. Work closely with the tech team to identify system-related issues and explore solutions.
. Support regular reporting, ad hoc tasks and administrative matters.
. Collaborate with support units to study and analyze data related to UL products.

The Talent

. Preferably 2 years of experience in consumer banking or a related industry.
. Prior experience in handling loan product management or similar end-to-end product life cycle is preferred.
. Self-driven and able to work independently under tight timelines.
. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
. Well verse in Microsoft office productivity applications.
. Capable of managing and working with multiple stakeholders.
. Willingness to work overtime during system testing and implementation phases.
