The Product Support Engineer is responsible for responding to customer issues across the Workiva platform. Purpose: To create, control and manage changes to customer's Technical Product Data (TPD) packages (Items, Bill of Materials, Product specification documents) in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
