Requirement

• Min Diploma or Degree in business
• Min 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Financial Institution
• Knowledge and Experience in ARP, commercial lending, leasing or trade products.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Salesforce,
• Experience in BI tools/Analytical software will be added bonus

Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Contracts Manager in tender/contract review and finalizing the tender sum.
• Help with contract administration, progress claims, and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation costs.
• Compile subcontractor quotes for review and approval.
• Keep Contract Manager updated on all contractual and site matters.
• Review and verify subcontractor/supplier claims and prepare payment certificates for approval.
• Prepare final accounts and variation submissions.
• Maintain quality systems in the Contracts Department.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalents.
• At least 5 years of working experience related field.
• Preferably experienced in pipe jacking works and tunnelling projects.
