The Position

We are seeking to hire a Fixed Income Trader to execute orders from portfolio managers and analysts across our APAC book of business, to include cash and derivatives. This is an execution role, but there is significant opportunity and expectation to add value to client portfolios through collaboration with portfolio managers and analysts. Reports to the Centre Manager with specific responsibilities for the efficient and smooth operation of all matters relating to the maintenance, security and management of the Building.

Responsibilities:

• General administration of all building works/service contracts, carpark management, security and fire protection system.
• Oversee all aspects of common areas defects, repairs & maintenance matters, plumbing, sanitary, carpark and fire & security matters.
