1. Social Media Management

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience
• Create and curate content specifically for social media channels, including posts, stories, and visuals
• Oversee the day-to-day management of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to ensure consistent posting and engagement
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media, maintaining a positive brand image

1. Public Relations (PR) and Media Relations

1. Collaboration:

• Responsible to drive activities performances for one of Company's brands to meet objectives
• Liaise with mall management on mall activities and advertising channels
• Work closely with the operations team to manage their communication, promotional and marketing execution, and needs

1. Others:

• Handle and manage 3rd party online delivery platforms
• Manage the POS system menu and price changes.
• Any other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business / Marketing or related disciplines or equivalent
• Possess exceptional F&B industry knowledge and familiar with different strategies used by industry players and competitors.
• Prior experience as a Senior Marketing Executive with digital marketing and/or agency experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Offices; Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus.
