This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Management Associate located in Singapore. You will be responsible for assisting in business management of the firm and participate in project-related activities. Your key tasks will include assisting in project management and supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Incident Investigation

Where directed, provide subject matter expertise in investigation of all incidents where there are Marine Assurance impacts and/or learning opportunities, to ensure we maximise all relevant Marine Assurance learning opportunities, resulting in effective outcomes that drive continual improvement of related systems, processes, and policies.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

ESSENTIAL:

• Deep understanding of and experience in safe operations of Dry Bulk vessels
