Job Responsibilities

This position reports directly to the Executive Director and works closely with the Senior Management in organisational development and compliance matters.

1) Organisational Development

• Work on proposals for organisational development, transformation, change and improvements: including research, and developing new ideas, concepts and structures for change to improve organisation effectiveness and efficiency

You shall join a team of engineers and operations specialists in the support of DBS’ enterprise privileged access management infrastructure and operations.
