• Oversee work process redesign and cross-agency discussions to operationalise initiatives
• Ensure team meets service standards and handles cases on time
• Coach team members and help them grow in their roles
• Handle complex cases and approve special applications
• Support department head in planning for future needs
• Liaise with ministries, statutory boards, and private organisations to gain buy-in for new initiatives

What we are looking for

• Relevant experience in service operations, preferably related to withdrawals or account management
• Background in public sector administration, with focus in policy implementation and stakeholder management would be advantageous
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a strategic mindset
• Self-driven, resourceful, and committed to driving service and operational excellence
• Open to new technologies and methodologies, with experience in data analysis and process improvement
• Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder needs and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with design thinking, and behavioural insights; RPA or Lean Six Sigma
• The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
• Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs.Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
