As a Product Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of new floral arrangements, gift packages, and related products across multiple brands within our portfolio. Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends related to floral arrangements and gifting products for each brand within our portfolio.
• Develop and implement product strategies, including positioning, pricing, and target market identification, tailored to each brand.
• Drive the development of new floral arrangements, gift packages, and related products across multiple brands, collaborating with florists, designers, and suppliers.
• Oversee product testing and quality control processes to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction for each brand.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality flowers and gift items for each brand.
• Determine pricing strategies based on market analysis, product costs, and customer value perception for each brand.
• Organize and lead photoshoots for all new and existing products to capture high-quality visuals for marketing materials, online platforms, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for each brand to create promotional materials, conduct product training, and ensure successful product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in product development, preferably in the floral, gifting, or related industry is a plus.
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks efficiently. Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
• Strong market research and analysis skills.
• Creative flair and the ability to think innovatively to develop unique and appealing product offerings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management software.

Job Description

• Position Title: Product Designer
• Working Location: Changi South
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the conceptualization, and proposal of interior fit out product designs.
• Conduct research on design trends and offerings of competitors to build market knowledge and proper segmentation.
• Manage interior fit out design projects, from design conceptualization and iterations to digital fabrication and prototyping.
• Using Pytha, Art- CAM, Jdpaint, Solidworks, Rhino, AutoCAD software to refine designs and create virtual models of products.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (Fabrication, Design) to evaluate product prototypes in order to determine product design feasibility studies and manufacturing aspects.
• Responsible for setting up, tool selection, operating multi-axis CNC machines, Fiber Laser Machining and inputting the programs as designed.

• Diploma or Degree in Industrial Design/Interior Design or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related working experience.
• Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suites such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Rhino Software, Solidworks, Pytha, Art- CAM, Jdpaint, Solidworks, Rhino, AutoCAD.
• Relevant working experience.
• High level of creativity.
• Organised and detail-oriented.
• Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
