· Estate Management diploma / degree preferred.

· Conversant in Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the technicians, contractors, cleaners and security guards to ensure the proper running and maintenance of the residential/ commercial property sites as assigned, including planning the maintenance and servicing schedule, liaising with contractors, and scheduling shift duties

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Building Services or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in managing building & M&E services in retail/ commercial/ hospitality properties
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Well organised, meticulous and good with paperwork

Requirements:

• NITEC in building services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Possess a good work attitude and ensures all tasks are performed efficiently
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment
• Have basic knowledge of MS Office-Word and Excel

We are seeking for a skilled and motivated Quantitative Research Analyst to join our Quantamental Investment team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and implementation of quantitative trading and investment strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough backtesting of trading strategies using historical market data to evaluate performance, identify potential risks, and validate assumptions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in calculating and backtesting various factors that drive stock returns, including but not limited to value, momentum, size, quality, and volatility. Identify and research new factors or alpha signals that have the potential to generate superior risk-adjusted returns, conducting rigorous analysis to validate their efficacy and robustness.
• Monitor and analyze real-time market data, news, and events to adapt trading strategies and make informed investment decisions in dynamic market conditions.
• Document research methodologies, findings, and results in clear and concise reports, presentations, and research notes for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Mentor junior members of the research team and provide guidance on quantitative methods, programming techniques, and best practices.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• No prior experience required in the equity market, with a strong background in factor investing strategies. Candidates with experience in China A-share market and US market are preferred.
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Python, SQL, SAS, and C++.
• A keen interest in investment, strong learning ability, excellent teamwork skills, self-driven, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members across different regions and departments.
