• Dealing with various internal reporting requirementa (Singular, underwriting report) and other admin matters, including fee claims and filing.
• Preparation of loan syndication opinions, liquidity analysis, closing memos with guidance from senior members of the team.
• Preparation of trade documents related to secondary deals.
• Interface with investors and various internal teams with respect to KYC clearance and settlements.
• Handling Q&A with banks and investors during syndication processes.

Requirements

• Prior fundamental knowledge and working experience in debt financing, credit analysis, credit research, structuring, prospectus/pitch book writing/presentation
