Position Overview
We are a CMS-licensed company in Singapore specializing in the foreign exchange industry, and we are looking for a Digital Product Manager to take ownership of the company’s entire portfolio of digital products. This pivotal role requires end-to-end management of digital product initiatives, from conceptualization to execution, with a strong focus on enhancing user experience, driving growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance in the highly dynamic forex market.
Key Responsibilities

1. Comprehensive Product Management
   • Manage the full lifecycle of all digital products, from strategic planning to tactical execution and optimization.
   • Lead the creation, launch, and continuous improvement of digital platforms and tools that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
2. Strategic Planning and Execution
   • Develop and implement product strategies that align with business goals and market demands in the forex sector.
   • Prioritize product features and updates, balancing customer needs, market trends, and compliance requirements.
3. Market Analysis and Growth
   • Conduct in-depth market research, including competitor analysis, to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
   • Generate innovative ideas to grow market share, enhance customer experience, and drive product adoption.
4. Customer-Centric Innovation
   • Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to identify product enhancements and ensure a seamless user experience.
   • Design and implement user-centric solutions tailored to the unique needs of forex market participants.
5. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
   • Ensure all digital products comply with CMS licensing requirements and regulatory standards in Singapore and other operating jurisdictions.
   • Collaborate closely with compliance teams to integrate necessary controls and safeguards into product designs.
6. Technology and Partner Integration
   • Evaluate and onboard technology partners to enhance product capabilities and streamline operations.
   • Oversee integration of APIs, trading platforms, and other digital tools critical to the forex industry.
7. Cross-Functional Leadership
   • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technology, compliance, and customer support, to align product initiatives with organizational goals.
   • Serve as the primary advocate for digital product excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in fintech, forex, or financial services industries.
• Deep understanding of the foreign exchange market, trading platforms, and associated digital technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management in financial services.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CMS licensing regulations and compliance in Singapore.
• Experience in agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other product management platforms.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and trading software.

• We are seeking for an ideal candidate who is experienced in T24/Transact product having in-depth product knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Candidate should have development and provide architecture consultation to customers and engagements
• Lead solution/application architecture for medium to large engagements & deliver technically complex applications
• Translate wide spectrum of experience gained from multiple engagement into tangible knowledge assets

Salary range: starting from 156,000-216,000 SGD per annum + RSUs

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our efforts in integrating and optimising national payment scheme integrations across the APAC region. This role will focus on expanding Wise’s reach through new payment scheme integrations while continuously improving the performance of existing scheme integrations.

What You’ll Do

• Understand customer needs: Build an understanding of how payment schemes impact our customers, and use this understanding to drive product decisions.

Outlet Drink Stall Operations

• Manage and ensure smooth operation of the Drink stall within the food court or coffeeshop.
• Manage transactions with customers’ order using cash registers / Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems.
• Collection of payments whether in cash, credit card, coupon, Net card, cashless payment, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Ability to follow company SOPs, operational workflows and guidelines when preparing and serving food and beverage items at assigned counters such as Desserts, Dim Sums, Drinks, Fruits or A Taste of Nanyang.
• Ensure product wastage is controlled to meet the product's gross profit (GP) target
• Drive sales performance through upselling and cost control.
• Responsible to drive sales performance by upselling, cost control and developing new product.
• Monitor and control the supply levels of perishable and non-perishable items, plan a schedule for ordering and process orders using the e-PR system.
• Conduct monthly stock-take and ensure supply comply with First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory guide.
• Understudy F&B supervisor on planning work schedule of the team to ensure effective schedule to achieve productivity and salary budget.
• Understudy F&B supervisor on recruitment, training and developing of F&B staff.
• Involve in creating new in-house product.

External Customer Relationship Management

• To retain 100% stall occupancy through effective tenant relationship
• To uphold quality control in food products sold in the tenant stalls
• To handle customers’ and landlord’s feedbacks and identify lapse of outlet’s services

Outlet Operations Management

• Work pro-actively with the Maintenance Department to fix outlet’s hygiene and maintenance issues in a timely manner. Ensure the outlet is well-maintained at all times and is in line with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines
• Perform daily sales bank-in.
• Achieve monthly sales target and FD rental income target.
• To ensure smooth operations during opening, mid and closing shifts.
• To uphold quality control in food & beverage products sold in the FB stalls
• Prepare reports at the end of shift/week.
• Ensure stalls comply with all necessary hygiene, health and safety, and licensing requirements.
• · Monitor and control the supply levels of perishable and non-perishable items, plan a schedule for ordering and process orders using the e-PR system.
• You will be required to faithfully perform the duties of the position in which you are engaged in and any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.
