(g) Review and improve Asset management process and procedures periodically and ensure all

relevant team is following the procedure and procedure

(h) Prepare weekly and monthly report of Asset Management activity and progress including

updating of inventory list

(i) Reconcile asset inventory report with the Finance report and automated tool report

(j) Perform monthly sample audit to improve the asset accuracy

(k) Plan and mange yearly asset verification exercise and signoff from user

(l) Coordinate with desktop team from different region to update the asset inventory when there is

any deployment/changes to asset data

Minimum Requirements:

(a) Minimum of 1 years’ experience in IT environment/Asset Management

(b) Strong MS Excel Skill is required

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

· Lead HPM (HealthCare Project Management) teams in ASEAN, Korea & ANZ (AKA) Zones to deliver excellence in “wing to wing” project management services including design, construction, as needed and installation activities.

· Ensure team adheres to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines, quality, regulatory and controllership requirements including timely completion of trainings also.

· Setting up goals and metrics for project & install teams and defining processes for achieving the same through effective leadership, coaching and mentoring.

· Understand revenue recognition guidelines & enables delivery to target for the region.

· Accountable for driving a process focused approach which delivers customer order execution, quality, and predictable results.

· Develop design, project management and installation teams by providing regular training and global exposure to improve the deliverable to GE customers.

· Drive process excellence delivering productivity in HPM & install cost, install cycle and ensure connectivity at install.

· Ensure customer focus and responsiveness to escalations regarding implementation issues.

· Cultivate relationships with Sales, Product, Order Management, service operation and technical team to ensure smooth execution.

· Drive continuous improvement and simplification activities by identifying areas of improvement and driving actions.

· Provide site planning & design solutions to customer with assistance from design & install teams. Read, interpret & analyze the layouts for effective customer communication & feedback.

· Manage relationships with customer & internal stakeholders for effective collaboration & to ensure execution as per agreed schedules.

· Drive culture of milestone management, utilizing updated systems & tools.

· Grow culture of customer centric project management teams, accountable to delivering results.

Qualifications/Requirements

· Graduate Degree in Engineering

· Minimum of 15+ years working in Healthcare Industry with solid experience in project management / Installation / service function having people management, project execution and customer handling experiences.

· Experienced in site planning role at both designing and execution in Healthcare environment

· Solid knowledge and understanding of project scheduling & execution

· Solution-oriented approach with customer focus

· Commitment to quality and cost reduction in projects.

· Technical background: knowledge in electricity, mechanics, physics, civil works, building trade, CAD.

· Problem solving expertise

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

1. AUTHORITY

• In charge of the operational procurement process for ship’s requirements.

2. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY / TASK DESCRIPTION



▪ Negotiate / communicate with suppliers specifying quality, quantity, and delivery schedules

▪ Schedule, arrange, and follow-up on logistics to ensure cost effective and timely delivery of

items on board

▪ Monitor schedules of the assigned group of vessels to optimize deliveries on board

▪ Proactively participate in department meetings and other activities



3. EXECUTION

▪ Processing ship’s requisitions via the defined in Company Procurement procedures

▪ Evaluate bids and make recommendations based on commercial and technical factors

▪ Create and send purchase orders after approval

▪ Prepare items for shipment, arrange for transportation of product and coordinate shipments of

supplies to ships

▪ Update good receipt for each order

▪ Processing of invoices belonging to the orders she/he has created and/or are related to her/his

group of vessels

▪ Liaise between suppliers, relevant internal departments and vessels

▪ Other procurement tasks as delegated by the Procurement Manager

▪ Interacts with ships to identify and meet requirements / problem resolution and to accommodate

short lead-time orders

▪ Request and process vessel feedback on quality and timing of deliveries of goods and services

▪ Provide information to the Procurement Manager on various monthly / weekly reports as

relevant

▪ Coordinate with appointed freight forwarder and monitor stock list at regular intervals

▪ Ensure that Procurement policies and standard procedures are adhered to at all times

4. REPORTING LINE (FUNCTION REPORTS TO)

• The Procurement Executive reports to the Procurement Manager.  

5. Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma or equivalent education with at least 2 years experience in Maritime industry
• Mature, meticulous, proactive, resourceful & hands-on
• Strong communication & negotiation skill - Good spoken English required
• Ability to prioritize workload & meet deadlines
• Good IT skill - Procurment operating system skill
• Good team player and able to work well under pressure in a fas-paced environment
