• Source and develop new accounts through proactive soliciting business.

• Prepare Event Order, Proposal, Confirmation and other agreement
• Assist in conceptualizing event
• Monitor competitors activities/market intelligence

Requirements:

A) Data Analytics:

1. Participate in data projects for Investment Advisory and Products team

2. Gather requirements, collaborate with stakeholders on user journeys, perform data validation, ensure data integrity

3. Using data-driven approach to drive insights and support MIS and sales management strategy

4. Perform regular and ad-hoc data analysis on Advisory Sales and Products attributes, depending on business needs and strategy

B) Business reviews and MIS:

1. Assist in preparation of regular updates and presentation materials for MIS and ad-hoc reporting purposes.

C) Drive productivity:

1. Improve strategy team’s productivity through workflow/process enhancements

2. Drive digital adoption by automating existing data extraction/maintenance tasks and processes.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years relevant working experience

• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, MS Excel is a must

• Good in using MS office suite (e.g. ppt, word)

• Shows interest in wealth management space

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Strong numeric and analysis skills

Job Scope:

• Handle invoice matching task; receive, review, and verify all invoices and ensure its accuracy and supported with relevant documents before posting to accounting system.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed and scan to document management system.
• Perform monthly vendors’ reconciliation.
• Liaise with vendor to resolve all discrepancies in relation to billing.
• Prepare payment and submit to superior on time.
• Any ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• With a relevant accounting qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
• Proactive, good team player, mature and able to work independently.
• Possess adequate skills in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
• Able to meet a tight deadline.

The organisation is looking to recruit 2 x personal driver for it's senior management. Duties include but not limited to;

1. Drive and transport family members to their respective activities.
2. Clean all vehicles on a regular basis and ensure upkeep of the cars, including cash card and petrol etc.
3. Ensure that the vehicles are well maintained and meet all safety requirements; ensure safe driving at all times.
4. Run errands for family and the household.
5. Perform any other duties as required, such as dispatch duties.

Requirements:

• Has relevant experience performing similar duties preferred.
• Possess valid class 3 driving license.
• Good driving record, and health conditions.
• At least 2 to 3 year(s) of relevant working experience.
• Good work ethics - honest, responsible and punctual.
• Flexible in work hours as activation might be required.

Working Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays - 8.30am – 6.00pm (may be adjusted on a needs basis, to be mutually agreed by both sides)
