Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the monthly and year-end closing processes for our clients. Key responsibilities include uploading Surf files, reconciling balance sheets, preparing journal entries, managing revenue and payroll entries, and performing bank reconciliations. You will also be tasked with reviewing accounts receivable aging, handling FX hedging, and providing audit support. Additionally, this role involves preparing tax computations, GST filings, and assisting with ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required. Roles & Responsibilities:

· Manage the monthly and year-end closing processes for the client.

· Prepare journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation.

· Reconcile event and sponsor P&Ls.

· Update exchange rates and manage FX hedging.

· Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the cashbook.

· Review accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances.

· Assist in providing audit support, including relevant documents and tax computation information.

· Calculate GST.

Job Requirements:

· Degree or diploma in Accounting/Finance.

· A minimum of 3 years' experience in full-set accounting.

· Experience with Oracle Netsuite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full or partial sets of accounts, GST and compliance matters
• Assist to maintain and administer on accounting matters for the portfolio of clients
• Timely preparation of accounts and financial reports to comply with the clients’ policies and statutory requirements

Investment Operations/Business Development Executive

As an Investment Operations/Business Development Executive, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations in the investment portfolios and funds managed by the Company including trade placement and/or execution, cash management, and performance reporting. Further, you will also be expected to drive growth and expand the Company’s client base by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with the Company’s stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

A) Investment Operations

• Trade Placement/Execution:

o Place and/or execute trades in equities and/or fixed income instruments and ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

o Reconcile trade confirmations and statements.

o Monitor corporate actions, such as dividends, mergers, and spin-offs.

• Cash Management:

o Manage fund cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity.

o Monitor cash flows and reconcile bank statements.

o Process fund expenses and payments.

• Performance Reporting:

o Prepare and analyze fund performance reports.

o Calculate returns, risk metrics, and other key performance indicators.

· Responsible for the day to day operation of the building / condominium.

· Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the building / condominium

· Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors.

· Leads a team of personnel of providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management.

· Ensure all contract works/ routine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contracts agreement.

· Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender

· Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings.

· To assist the Condo Manager on other duties assigned.

· Conversant in Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act
