(b) To register data for non-regulated items into a Chemical Management System on behalf of the users during purchases.

(c) Receive and sort all chemicals, biological samples, reagents, and kits before issuing to Users.

i. Verify if these chemicals have SDS and approved in a Chemical Management System.

ii. Perform goods receipt (GR) in the system.

iii. Print QR Code and GHS Labelling and tag to individual items.

(d) For regulated items, log sheet will be additionally prepared and filed up prior to storing them in designated storage cabinets. Customer’s Safety Team and Users will also be notified via email. Items may need to be quarantined if proper documentation is not in placed prior to purchase.

(e) Performing regular stock checking to ensure the accuracy of the inventory and the storage compatibility limit:

• Responsible and maintain workshop efficiency, productivity and utilization usage for workshop staffs through monitor through daily time analysis report.

• Provide support to Aftersales Senior Manager on every kind of customer enquiries or complaints.
• Authorize purchase of workshop consumable items, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct periodical review of the performance of individual staffs (especially key staff) to ensure that the work attitudes and work performance inline to the company’s objectives.
• Take measures to improve results, such as motivating workshop personnel, streamlining the flow of work and working conditions.
• Ensure the 5 “S” housekeeping (Sorting, Stabilizing or Straightening Out, Sweeping or Shining Standardizing Sustaining) the Practice of tidiness and cleanliness to workshop and service reception area always.
• Continuing focus on strengthening customer service processes to improve customer satisfaction.
• Developing key staffs through training / coaching / mentoring to enhance their performance with their competencies.
• Conducting monthly meetings with the key personnel to share and feedback from key results for corrective action and continually to seek for process improvement.
• Ensure sufficient cars intake for serving & repair for maximising the work bays utilization with planned FRU sold to meet service projection.
• The accountability covered the impact values of efficiency, workshop output and productivity monthly by evaluating the time and efficiency analysis of the technicians.
• Ensure that Customer satisfaction index are met to set benchmark
• Ensure that customer’s cars are met with quality repaired after delivered to them.
• Ensure good condition of workshop environment meet Health and Safety aspects.

About the role:

The EICA Engineer shall be in the discipline of Electrical, Instrumentation & Control in delivery of large scale power generation project.
