Part 2: Klaviyo list, segment, filter, and tag management (10%)

• Understand and decide how to best structure our Klaviyo lists, segments, and tags for optimal performance both operationally and financially. For example, what are some common traps or mistakes people make when setting up emails and how can we minimize these mistakes?
• Implement standard naming convention and hold others accountable to use the same naming convention.

Part 3: Data reporting and analysis (40%)

• Setup and use PowerBI, Google Data Studio, or another data visualization tool to report daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and performance of the email channel. Knowledge of such tools is a bonus skill but not required as long as you are open to find resources online to learn on your own.
• Analyze data and derive key insights to direct email marketing efforts. This involves slicing and dicing data in different ways daily. You will receive guidance to improve your analytical thinking skills.
• Draft and evaluate split test ideas and seek alignment with leaders.
• Coordinate split test idea implementation with copywriters and designers, then execute and measure results of the split test upon completion.

Part 4: Deliverability optimization (~20%)

• Understand email deliverability architecture.(e.g. sending and receiving servers, key needle movers to improve delivery and deliverability, SPF/DKIM configurations, DMARC deployment, etc.)
• Design mini projects to improve deliverability, starting with the highest impact changes we can make to strengthen the foundation of our email channel.
• Measure and reiterate on email deliverability improvement efforts.

Part 5: Systems and process building (5%)

• Review and update existing Email SOPs/process guides and checklists.
• Turn new processes into SOPs/process guides and checklists for future team members.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Odoo System Administrator to join our team and manage our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in implementing and maintaining Odoo ERP systems and a deep understanding of the Procure-to-Pay process. Job Purpose:

This role will report to the Product Director and take charge of managing our Home Appliances range of products, especially in the Washing Machines and Refrigerators.

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, commercialization, and operationalization and drive the growth of your product category. You are involved in full product lifecycle management which includes defining requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, market research, and business goals. Key Responsibilities:

The FairPrice Group Supply Chain Business Unit (FPG SC BU) or Grocery Logistics of Singapore Pte Ltd (GLS) is a key logistics service provider to NTUC FairPrice Group and external customers. Our services provided include inbound logistics, warehouse and fulfilment and last mile delivery to the stores, customers and B2C home delivery.

Job Purpose

You will be a key member to contribute towards the growth and delivery of the Supply Chain Development & Analytics department. This position will be responsible for developing and driving the overall planning, implementation, control and completion of the supply chain and/or network design related projects, ensuring alignment with the Supply Chain development and larger Supply Chain BU strategy and goals.
