• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in administering and troubleshooting Oracle database, Windows Server, and network technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment process that involves requirements understanding, talent pool defining, sourcing, screening and selection of the right individuals.

• Conduct a comprehensive interview during HR screening with the candidates to add value to help the departments hire the right individuals.
• Recommend ideas and initiatives for recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the team, for example, implementing any new process and fine tune standard process for recruiting to deliver the highest quality results.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of full-time recruitment experience.
• Proficient in R&D engineer recruitment, preferably in the telecommunication and electronics industry.
• Experienced in conducting competency based assessment, able to interview and assess the candidates comprehensively.
