Job Description

• Assist and make ready the printing press including plating up and preparing the reelstand paste pattern.
• Carry out production run to produce single-colour and multi-colour printed products to specifications of proof or print sample
• Perform simple trouble-shooting and rectify minor printing faults
• Maintain printing machine in good working condition

Job Requirements

• At least a NITEC Certificate / GCE ‘N’ Level
• Able to work on rotating day and night shifts
• Recent graduates are welcome as training will be provided

Company transport will be provided from Clementi and Jurong East MRT stations to and from SPH Print Centre.

Job Descriptions:

• Operate 3D CAM software to generate NC programs needed for milling operations
• Perform splitting of electrode from mold design
• Liaise with mold designer and process in charge on job requirements
• Provide machining drawing and setup sheet for machining operation
• Carry out quality checks and troubleshoot when necessary
• Design jig and fixture for ease of machining
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Precision Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering is preferred
• Preferably at least 2 years’ of relevant working experiences
• Must have hands-on experience in milling operation and good experience in CAM programming
• Good knowledge in mould-making and cutting technology
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to perform overtime if needed

• Operating of CNC machining centre/ Milling machines and carry out simple editing of programs.
• Able to intepret drawings and understand machining datum/tolerance.
• Operate a group of 3 or more similar machines independently.
• Ensure efficient machine run-time and achieve desired quality expectation of the parts
• Carry out daily housekeeping in work area and ensure all equipment in proper condition.
• Coordinate all relevant activities to ensure smooth flow of operations which include following daily task and adhoc jobs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O level or Vocational Certificate in Precision Engineering/Tool & Die is preferred.
• Preferably with at least 2 years’ of relevant working experience
• Must have experience in related machining operation
• Able to perform overtime and rotating shift if needed

• Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) and services industry is good to have.
• Data Science trained; PMP/PMI certification preferred.
