Job Responsibilities:

• Present and explain products offered by our company to customers.
• Understand customer needs and propose products that are align with their requirements.
• Conduct onsite visits to measure dimensions of windows and ensure feasibility of product installation.
• Ensure all measurements are taken accurately to ensure products are customised to the right size.
• Address any enquiries customers may have about our products.
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks when required.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant practical experience will be advantageous.
• Possess Class 3/3A driving license, with own vehicle preferred. Transport allowance will be provided.

• Attention to detail with a meticulous approach when taking measurements.

Responsibilities

• Product Management – Data analytics on the business drivers of the Cash Management product
• Product Development – Working on new products/projects to be launched for the Cash Management franchise, including documentation, UAT testing and process flow/commercialization once live

Requirements

• Good experience and knowledge in transaction banking and cash management preferred
• Good and broad knowledge on payment clearing, payment file formats MT/ISO20022, SEPA and SWIFT
• Good knowledge on accounting/settlement
