Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and grow
• Strong knowledge of oral care products or at least 3 years (s) of sales working experience in B2B professional (dental/medical) and B2C retail market selling environment is a plus
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Our client is a leading medical solutions provider in Asia. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Product Specialist to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, focusing on providing excellent service and achieving high-quality outcomes.
• Assist the Team Lead in developing and executing business strategies for new product lines and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead to offer consultative services to clients, for both renovation projects and new installations.
• Attend and participate in trend show or exhibitions, to stay updated on market trends and customer needs.
• Improve relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and ensure regular client engagement to enhance connections.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Grow the customer base by networking and building relationships to support long-term business growth.
• Oversee the entire product life cycle management for various models and SKUs.
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science / Science or other relevant field studies
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in medical equipment
