Main duties

Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage marketing materials (collaterals) to effectively communicate product value to the Migrant Community

· Collaborate with external partners to manage and optimize recruitment touchpoints for Membership Services.

We’re looking for a Payment Operations Analyst who is passionate about our mission of Money Without Borders to partner with our payment product teams to help drive data-driven and innovative growth decisions while helping to make our payment systems smoother and more efficient. 

As a Payment Operations Analyst, you'll be driving our analytics efforts in the Payment Operations product team that balances the work between making our payment rails frictionless, borderless and enabling a smooth customer payment experience. A Global Products Operations Senior Specialist's role is to support Product Teams as a representative of the Payment Operations organisation - to ensure that new and current products, features and processes scale efficiently and securely.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Operations Team:

• Provide daily support to regional Payment Operations Teams with Global Products which include Cards Issuance or Assets and any other global products, features and processes that are born over time;

• Maintaining consistent and high level execution of recurring responsibilities within the designated domain;

• Work with regional Payment Operations teams, product managers and developers of multiple product teams to find solutions and opportunities for process optimisation;  

• Coordinate new products/partners set-up, testing and launches from operational side;

• Own training, communication and documentation of Global Products Operations domains;

Responsibilities

As a Product Marketing Executive, you will help shape SHIELD’s go-to-market strategy by developing product positioning, creating and curating messaging, and conducting competitor research and analysis. You will report to the Product Marketing Manager and will be expected to work closely with several internal teams.
