Primary function

• Responsible for the pre-delivery product standard by supporting & coordinating works between Sales, Workshop & NVP Department on all related works effectively & efficiently.
• Responsible for coaching and orientate customer or end user on our products.

Secondary function

• Responsible for the customer self collection lounge upkeep and delivery bay.

Duties and respobsiblities

• Perform QC checks on vehicles after workshop PDI & washing completion.
• Upkeep and maintain the collection lounge and delivery bays.
• During customer handover process, to orientate and guide customer(s) / end user(s) on vehicle operations and basic maintenance only. (Example on DPD regen issues)
• Assist department manager for any ad hoc projects.
• To assist & conduct new product familarization for sales consultant and NVP staff or during new product launch from Principal.

Qualification

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Minimum GCE O Level & above
• Excellent skills in communication and collaboration
• Possess VALID class 3/4 Singapore driving license
• Meticulous and well organized in area of work
• Possess good customer service attitude
• Positive and willingness to learn attitude is important
