Responsibilities

• Familiar with preparation of overall layout drawing and P&IDs for various systems, related to Combined Cycle power plants
• Lead a team of engineers during bid preparation and effectively execute the tendering works
• Guide the Engineering Team through the execution phase and monitor the engineering and procurement progress
• Able to perform and review sizing calculations for various equipment (like pump / fan sizing, heat exchanger sizing, etc)
• Prepare technical evaluation of vendor offers, approve vendor drawing and coordinate with vendor during post-order stage
• Coordinate with other disciplines of engineering and site during detailed engineering stage and commissioning
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Pre-requisites:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in EPC power plant projects
• Conversant with overall cycle analysis and heat balance drawings
• Familiar with International Codes and practices
• Familiar with cycle analysis programs like GT Pro / GT Master will be an added advantage
• Able to interact effectively with Owner and Owner’s Engineers on technical issues
• Prior experience in leading a team of design engineers is an added advantage

SENIOR SALES SPECIALIST

Reporting to the Head of SOE (Special Original Equipment), you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and developing business potentials in new market segments
• Developing new distribution structures and improving existing channels
• Managing and implementing business development plans or projects cross functionally to maximize or realize business opportunities
• Developing and executing sales strategies and business development plans in the assigned regions to meet company’s aggressive growth and revenue plan

Requirements

· Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent

· Is passionate, independent, meticulous, takes initiative and possesses strong enthusiasm to succeed

· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

· Fluency in English and Mandarin

· Good team player, able to work effectively cross functionally to achieve desired results

· Ability to travel within region (40%)

Job Purpose:

· Improve Logistic operation in term of warehouse management & distribution.

· Subject Matter Experts (SME) for the Logistic system specifically on WMS and Batch Management

· Analyzing processes, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within logistics.

· Project lead / project support for project related to Logistics.

Job scope:

· Create, Validate, and analyze daily / monthly Logistics Reports.

· Initiate project for improvement in Logistic operation such as productivity, Quality, cost savings.

· Ensure all of error system problem in Logistics can be solved as soon as possible.

· Support data request that related to Logistics.

· Lead improvement project and encourage team involvement.

· Collect and monitoring key performance indicators in Logistics.

· Designing new methods and procedures for operational processes

· Lead and facilitate improvement projects.

· Build and maintain all SOP and work instruction for Logistics.

· Build and manage a deployment roadmap of Continuous improvement.

Experience:

· Graduate degree with 2-5 years experiences of Warehouse, Distribution operation and able to implement SAP WMS and batch management System. · Six Sigma Certification is an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage and grow suite of Cyber Security products, technical services and other related services.
• To drive service creation and service quality enhancement of its products and to increase market share and profitability by continuous product enhancements, operation improvements, and product marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyse market conditions and provide critical inputs to management for medium-and long-term business planning
• Create and maintain the business cases for strategic pricing and non-standard terms and conditions
• Collaborate with service delivery and operation team to ensure effective product delivery mechanism is maintained.
• Support sales team to win/ retain customers by providing competitive pricing and customized solution/ SLA if required
• Analysing potential partner relationships for the product
• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least a Diploma in IT related fields or equivalent.
• Applicants without IT qualification may still apply but must have at least 2-3 years of sales experience.

Job Description

As an e2i Principal Specialist, you will be part of the team to create an impact on the employment and employability of jobseekers and working people through the creation, development and delivery of integrated employment solutions via various outreach initiatives, and collaborations with partners to promote e2i’s career services to individuals. The role requires you to coach, provide career advisory and job match jobseekers to jobs. You will also need to work in close partnership with other business units within e2i and the NTUC.

You will assist the Team Lead to enhance the employment and employability of workers through the following:

• Coach jobseekers to achieve their goals, e.g. to be placed in jobs, and help jobseekers to be job ready.
• Work with both internal and external partners to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the career centre.
• Plan and implement outreach initiatives to promote e2i’s career services for individuals.
• Draft case notes, analyse and recommend strategies for jobseekers to be able to be placed in a job, this may include sharing training courses and sharing best practices on resume writing, interview skills and so on to achieve placement targets.
• Use career coaching techniques to drive successful job matching outcomes for jobseekers and working people on a 1-1 or group basis, as well as handle in-depth more challenging jobseeker profiles.
• Monitor, track and analyse the progress of jobseekers, and follow up with jobseekers if they are unable to be placed in a job in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing stakeholders (e.g. government, private partners).
• Liaise and manage appointed training providers to deliver employment facilitation services to stakeholders (e.g. through events, job fairs, etc).
• Assist in managing the deployment of coaches required for outreach engagement and monitor their performance such as workload and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage feedback and appeals that come through various channels pertaining to e2i career services.
• Coordinates daily activities, ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, monitor the achievement of objectives.
• Continuous refinement and implementation of customer service operations and process improvements.

Job Requirements

• At least 6 years experience in job matching/recruitment/human resources/career coaching/career development facilitation/social work/counselling will be advantageous.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage jobseekers, network and work across boundaries to foster greater partnerships and collaboration.
• Good analytical skills, with the ability to write reports and case notes independently.

• Training & methodological support - Practice and serve as a mentor to the leaders of focused improvement projects in the factory. Conducting and implementation of continuous improvement tools within the factory. Coordination of CI team activities (training, team formation, monitoring of progress, information sharing).
• Technical support for production including using industrial performance tools to ensure successful troubleshooting and debottlenecking of process flow related to equipment. Conduct on his own focused improvement projects, or coordinate and lead multi-functional teams to improve.
• Training, coaching and assessment for the factory and the local committees on GA practices
• Responsible to implement safety and environment practices in the workplace.

What will make you successful
