EV-Electric (EVe) Charging Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (LTA), which coordinates the national effort to undertake the electrical infrastructure upgrades and deployment of electric vehicles charging points (EVCPs) primarily in Singapore’s residential carparks.

As a Deputy Engineering Specialist, you will serve as an in-house expert on EV charging and other EV-related matters.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our legal team as a Legal Executive / Specialist (Contracts). This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with minimal experience, including those without a legal background, who are eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will support the legal team in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, managing documentation, and facilitating seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to the legal team, including calendar management, expense processing, and correspondence handling
• Filing and organisation of confidential legal documents (both physical and digital)
• Maintain department calendars and monitor time-sensitive deadlines for legal matters
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain / retrieve necessary information / documents / approvals
• Translate legal documents from English to Chinese and vice versa
• Conduct research and prepare relevant materials as may be required by in-house Legal Counsels
• Support the legal team in various ad-hoc initiatives and general office management tasks

Requirements:

• Education and Background:
  • Diploma in Law or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • 1 to 2 years’ relevant administrative experience (legal / corporate fields are preferred but not mandatory)
• Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Keen attention to detail and meticulousness
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Chinese
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new challenges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
