• Collaborate with local country product managers to ensure alignment with regional strategies and address market-specific needs.
• Liase with group stakeholders to make sure the products are delivered.
• Liaise with developers based in China for development and delivery of loan servicing and collection features and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in loan servicing and collection, preferably in a regional or global role.
• Deep understanding of loan servicing and collection processes, including customer communication, lending products life cycle, payment processing, delinquency management, and recovery strategies.
• Experience in digital banking or fintech.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Waterfall.
• Proven track record of driving process standardization and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.

• Lead the team to improve the functions of the nft trading market and optimize the experience.
• Create a fully functional btc ecological trading market to support transactions of brc20, runes and other targets.
• Follow up on hot topics in the blockchain industry and convert them into growing products for Web3 wallets.

What We Look For In You:

• Master's degree or above.
• Proven ability to develop product strategies and good problem solving skills.
• Passionate in Crypto, DeFI, and NFT, strong learning ability and curiosity, able to actively provide strategy to support.
• Familiar with most DeFI protocols, NFT platform, etc.
• Experience in smart contracts and blockchain programming is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
