We provide strategic insights and creative solutions across various industries. Our dynamic marketing division,is seeking an Integrated Advertising & SEO Specialist.
The Integrated Advertising & SEO Specialist will play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing holistic ditigal maketing strategies. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical expertise, and analytical thinking ti drive results across paid advertising campaigns and organic search channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Integrated Advertising Campaigns
- Digital Marketing Campaign: Plan, execute and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/ Instagram), LinkedIn, Tiktok, XiaoHongShu, WeChat, etc. Optimize as performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid adjustments.
- Email Marketing Campaign: Plan, execute and manage email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletter, etc.
- Traditional Ads Campaign: Plan, execute and manage Outof Home (OOH) campaigns (e.e. billboards, transit ads, digital OOH), Print Media (e.g. Newspaper and Magazines), Radio & TV Ads.
- Track and report on campaign KPIs, ROI, and conversion metrics, leveraging insights for continuous improvement.
2. SEO Strategy and Execution
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings (e.g. Ensure proper setup of XML sitemaps, optimizing meta description, link building, etc.)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party platforms (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Optimize copy and create SEO content such as articles.
3. Cross-Channel Integration
- Develop strategies that seamlessly integrate SEO and advertising efforts for maximum impact.
- Work closely with the creative team to create impactful assets that support campaign objectives.
4. Client Collaboration and Communication
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, insights and recommendations.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and deliver actionable insights to drive client success.
- Stay ahead of both traditional and digital marketing trends to ensure strategies remain competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in managing successful paid advertising and SEO campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.
2. Expertise in Advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads Manager) and SEO tools (e.e.g SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
3. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
4. Excellent communication and presentational skills for client-facing interactions.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Experience in local SEO and geo-targeted ad strategies.
7. Knowledge of emerging technologies, AI tools, and programmatic advertising.
